# Function sign
|

|
Compute the sign of a value. The sign of a value x is:
|
|
|
|
- 1 when x > 0
|
|
- -1 when x < 0
|
|
- 0 when x == 0
|
|
|
|
For matrices, the function is evaluated element wise.
|
|
|
|
|
|
