Test if a value is an ArrayBuffer view.
Usage
var isArrayBufferView = require( '@stdlib/assert/is-arraybuffer-view' );
isArrayBufferView( value )
Tests if a value is an ArrayBuffer
view such as a DataView
or TypedArray
.
