* Add: user-friendly exclusions (#666) - omitted because it is
  incomplete
* Refactor: rewrite style injector (#664) - omitted because it
  needs more testing

Git history is NOT in the same order as master, this branch only
exists to provide a source of the 1.5.3 update to AMO.
