Detect native BigInt support.

Usage

var hasBigIntSupport = require( '@stdlib/assert/has-bigint-support' );

hasBigIntSupport()

Detects if a runtime environment supports ES2020 BigInt.

var bool = hasBigIntSupport();
// returns <boolean>
