Standard Deviation
Kumaraswamy's double bounded distribution standard deviation.
The standard deviation for a Kumaraswamy's double bounded random variable with first shape parameter a
and second shape parameter b

Returns the standard deviation of a Kumaraswamy's double bounded distribution with first shape parameter a
