Bias

The bias of a single-precision floating-point number's exponent.

Usage

var FLOAT32_EXPONENT_BIAS = require( '@stdlib/constants/float32/exponent-bias' );

var bool = ( FLOAT32_EXPONENT_BIAS === 127 );
// returns true

var FLOAT32_EXPONENT_BIAS = require( '@stdlib/constants/float32/exponent-bias' );

console.log( FLOAT32_EXPONENT_BIAS );
// => 127
