A decimal point and at least one trailing digit is required.
Parameters

Options.
options.flags: string (optional)
Regular expression flags. Default: ''.
options.capture: boolean (optional)
Boolean indicating whether to create a capture group for the match.
Default: false.
Returns

re: RegExp
Regular expression.
