# isReadOnlyPropertyIn

> Test if an object's own or inherited property is [read-only][@stdlib/utils/define-read-only-property].

#### isReadOnlyPropertyIn( value, property )

Returns a `boolean` indicating if a `value` has a [read-only][@stdlib/utils/define-read-only-property] `property`.
